Terms of Service

1. We (Service Center Zone) are an onsite mobile repair centre. If a problem doesn’t get resolved at doorstep we collect the device and take it to our centre in which case the repair may take around 24 hours. Depending on the device condition, parts availability or client’s approval, it may take more time.

2. If a gadget comes to us with No Power/No Display/Non-functional condition, Service Center Zone technician will revert only after doing complete diagnosis of the non-functional parts and inform you about additional costs it may incur.

3. The warranty of repair and replaced parts will be mentioned on Service Center Zone job card provided by our technician from the date of repairing, during which the gadget shouldn’t be opened/managed/treated by you or by any other vendor. Warranty is provided for the same repair & fault. Also, any physical damage/water damage would not be covered under the warranty post-repair.

4. In case of physical damage, any part of the gadget that is intermittently working may stop functioning during the process of diagnosing or repair. In such case, Service Center Zone will not be liable of returning the gadget exactly in the same position as it was received, although we do not interfere with non-faulty parts. We will ensure that you are informed about upcoming issues if we discover them.

5. If the customer declines to have the device repaired after technician reaches at the doorstep of the customer or device is picked by Service Center Zone and brought to our lab, INR 299 will be charged on customer towards our diagnosis and logistics service.

6. Though Service Center Zone guarantees 100% data security, we can’t give any guarantee of data loss and data recovery that may happen in some extreme cases. Hence, you’re advised to backup your data.

7. The customer fully authorizes Service Center Zone regarding all software/licenses validity/originality that the customer poses on its device. So, you are advised to keep all the original CDs/Licenses.

8. Service Center Zone doesn’t endorse use of pirated software and is not liable for any such pre-installed pirated software.

9. Service Center Zone follows a highly secure and structured process to ensure the safety of your device. However, in case of loss of or damage to the device during the custody/transit, we won’t be responsible as a few uncontrollable factors such as theft, robbery and accidental damage are not under our control.

10. Service Center Zone requests its customers to ensure that the request ID/Job ID is mentioned while collecting the invoice.

11. Service Center Zone keeps any phones/tablets/laptops under its custody for maximum of 20 days post the repair. If any customer doesn’t claim the device during that period, Service Center Zone won’t be responsible for any loss/damage.

12. For visits required during our warranty period, customers have to pay INR 499.00 as our visiting charges.

13. These terms and conditions are subject to change, Service Center Zone holds all rights to make any update or amend it without any prior notice.

14. This warranty is automatically voided if a manufacturer software enhancement adversely affects the functionality of the device.

• Disputes regarding interpretation of the terms, conditions and exceptions of this protection plan shall be determined in accordance with the law and practice of a court of competent jurisdiction with Gurgaon (Haryana).

• Tax would be exclusive, as applicable by govt. of India.
